Every brand starts differently, but the way we approach it rarely changes. These are the small things that shape how we work, how we think, and how we get to the right idea without getting lost in noise.
1. Time
We don’t rush the early phase.
That’s when the brand finds its tone, its face, its reason to exist.
The first few days usually look empty — sketchbooks, quiet Figma frames, long talks, nothing final. But that’s the point. Every strong brand needs space before it takes shape.
2. Language
We design with words before visuals.
Even the cleanest identity can fall flat if it doesn’t know what to say.
We spend time writing: short lines, phrases, random words that describe how the brand should feel. When you find the right word, the rest comes naturally — colors, type, motion.
3. Tension
Good design lives in tension — between what’s expected and what feels new.
We try to leave a little edge in everything we make. A color that’s slightly off, a layout that breaks rhythm just enough to make you stop. Those details are what make a brand feel alive.
Every project teaches us something new, but these three things never change.
Time gives clarity. Language gives direction. Tension gives energy.
Put them together, and that’s how we build brands that stay interesting long after launch.
